Guest Withdrawals

Refund policy:
14 or more days prior to event - full refund
Less than 14 days before - credit
Less than 3 days before - no refund or credit

We do not offer make-up sessions, credit or refunds if an absence is reported after an event has taken place.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you need to withdraw from an event at any time due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstance. We strive to be reasonable and flexible with our policies.

Cancellations

Insufficient Enrollment
The Paper Mouse reserves the right to cancel workshops and events due to low enrollment. We will inform attendees by email three days prior to the workshop if a low enrollment cancellation occurs and provide a full refund.

Inclement Weather Closings
If a workshop or event must be cancelled due to inclement weather, The Paper Mouse will offer a make-up date or a credit. We do not offer refunds in the case of weather closings.

Substitutes and Cancellations by Instructor
If an instructor needs to miss a workshop due to illness or other emergency, The Paper Mouse will try to reschedule the workshop or find a qualified substitute. If neither solution is possible, the workshop will be canceled, with a full refund.
