This week we’re getting curious about the things that annoy us. Here are our prompts for cultivating your curiosity:
- Notice something that annoys you today. Is it a sound, a smell, a sight, something someone says? What about it was irritating?
- Was the thing that annoyed you a recurring irritation? Are you more likely to get annoyed at something that happens once, or something that happens repeatedly?
- How does your body feel when you're annoyed? How do you react? Are you aware of being annoyed before you respond?
