Getting Curious: Handwriting

This week we’re getting curious about handwriting. Here are our prompts for cultivating your curiosity:

• Take note of when you write things down this week. Do you usually write by hand or type? What kinds of things do you handwrite? Do you think there are particular advantages to writing and to typing?
  
  

• Do you like your handwriting? Why or why not? What kind of handwriting do you admire? Do you think handwriting reveals anything about personality?
  
  

• Try writing with your nondominant hand. How much control do you have over the letters? How hard do you have to think to write a word? Does this change the way you think about your handwriting?
