    We offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail. At this time we are unable to offer international shipping.

    Customers who would like to pick up their orders may select the free pickup option at checkout. Completed orders are available for pickup during our regular shop hours:
    Tuesday-Saturday: 11am-6pm
    Sunday: 11am-5pm

    If you prefer curbside pickup, please call (617) 928-9898 when you arrive outside.


    **Due to concerns about COVID-19, we are currently unable to accept returns on the items we ship. Please contact us at if you receive a damaged or defective item, and we will do our best to help.

    We accept returns for unused or defective items for up to 30 days with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item was defective or an error was made on our part.

    It is with full hearts that we announce our shop’s reopening this Wednesday, 6/10. We will be operating under limited hours, with new social distancing and hygiene precautions in place for the safety of our customers and staff. We know it will take patience and understanding as we adjust to navigating the world safely in this new environment. But we know that our community will meet these new circumstances with the same supportive spirit that you have all shown during the past few months of crisis. We can’t wait to open our doors to you once more.

    New safety precautions

    We ask that all customers and staff wear a face covering while visiting our shop. We will provide hand sanitizer to all customers on entering and leaving. We are limiting the number of shop visitors to six people at a time.

    Our staff is now sanitizing our door handles, tester products, and surfaces at regular intervals throughout the day.

    For customers who prefer not to visit the shop in person, we can provide curbside or in-store pickup as well as shipping for online orders.
