Halloween postcards were produced from the turn of the 20th century up until the 1920s, and were sent to friends and family to celebrate the holiday. With vivid yet playful imagery of witches, black cats, pumpkins, ghouls, and children, these spooky postcards perfectly capture the charm and intrigue of Halloween. During this workshop you will have the chance to look through a large collection of originals and create your own to send or to keep. Students will use colored pencils and watercolor to create their own designs. With one on one help and lots of inspiration, this event is sure to put everyone in the Halloween spirit!
