This limited-edition ballpoint pen from the Traveler's Company is painted with a beautiful light green finish that will develop a unique patina with wear and use, revealing the warm brass underneath. This hardly little pen travels well: with its cap on, it is a compact size, with a removable metal clip and ring for attaching to a keychain or lanyard. The cap opens to reveal a pen with an attractive wooden casing and a fine needle-point tip. With the cap posted on the back, the pen elongates to a comfortable size for writing.

Shipping

Online orders are packaged within 2-3 business days of purchase and sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Customers who would like to pick up their orders may select the free pickup option at checkout. Completed orders are available for pickup during our regular shop hours:
Tuesday-Saturday: 11am-6pm
Sunday: 11am-5pm

Holiday Local Area Delivery

Get FREE LOCAL DELIVERY on purchases over $50 from November 1st to December 24th!

To help our customers shop safely this holiday season, we’re offering something new: local order delivery! For customers who live within three miles of The Paper Mouse, we’ll provide local delivery services when you make a purchase on our website.

Customers with eligible addresses will see a local delivery option at checkout when you place an order online. Delivery is $5 for orders under $50, and free for orders over $50. Orders will be delivered after 5pm on the business day after the order is received. Delivery will be offered on weekdays only up until Christmas Eve.

Returns

**Due to concerns about COVID-19, we are currently unable to accept returns on the items we ship. Please contact us at hello@thepapermouse.com if you receive a damaged or defective item, and we will do our best to help.

We accept returns for unused or defective items for up to 30 days with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item was defective or an error was made on our part.

Backordered Items

In the event that an item you purchased becomes backordered, we will attempt to contact you to see if you wish to exchange with a different item or cancel your order. If we are unable to reach you within 72 hours, we will automatically refund the backordered item and ship the remainder of the order to you.

It is with full hearts that we announce our shop’s reopening this Wednesday, 6/10. We will be operating under limited hours, with new social distancing and hygiene precautions in place for the safety of our customers and staff. We know it will take patience and understanding as we adjust to navigating the world safely in this new environment. But we know that our community will meet these new circumstances with the same supportive spirit that you have all shown during the past few months of crisis. We can’t wait to open our doors to you once more.

New safety precautions

We ask that all customers and staff wear a face covering while visiting our shop. We will provide hand sanitizer to all customers on entering and leaving. We are limiting the number of shop visitors to six people at a time.

Our staff is now sanitizing our door handles, tester products, and surfaces at regular intervals throughout the day.

For customers who prefer not to visit the shop in person, we can provide curbside or in-store pickup as well as shipping for online orders.
