The Paper Mouse Atelier offers vacation programs throughout the school year and during the summer for children ages 7-12. Kids explore traditional media and techniques such as drawing, painting and printmaking, as well as art created from nontraditional materials and found objects, and craft projects such as bookmaking and paper marbling. Each day’s activities revolve around a theme.

Drawing and Painting
Students explore drawing and painting in a variety of media including watercolor, acrylic, pencils and pastels.
Students experiment with different media, including collage, printmaking and assemblage, and use non-traditional materials such as found objects and natural objects.
Students explore paper cutting, bookmaking, marbling, dyeing, and other processes for decorating and manipulating paper.
Open Creative Period
Students have an opportunity to return to projects of interest from earlier in the day and continue to learn and explore in a supervised setting.
